Do you do airbrushing?
Starting in August I will be offering airbrushing.

What is included in my consultation?
I generally come to your house (or location of your choice) on a day that works best with your schedule, and go over ideas for looks. I take in all of your ideas, and will do a trial run on you of a makeup look to see what you think, what you like and do not like. I prepare a face chart and will email it to you of a complete look. I normally only do this for the main makeup, if I am doing a wedding then only the bride will receive a trial run but we will discuss ideas for the bridesmaid makeup. Prom or special event trial runs I ask $25 on top of the original price.

What stands you out from every other makeup artists out there?
Unlike most MUA's outside of LA, I attended a top-rated makeup academy in Los Angeles, Ca. I was trained by some of Hollywood's greatest makeup artists, including Leonard Engleman  http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0257255/ (personal mua to Cher). I was certified in doing High Fashion, Natural, Beauty, and Avant Garde makeup looks as well as hair styles, and airbrushing. I have many friends in the field and learned tricks and techniques that you won't find any other makeup artist doing. My schools name is Cinema Makeup School.

Getting my makeup done seems sort of expensive and unnecessary, why so much?
I will NEVER over charge you for a service. I guarantee to meet or beat any offer you get, and work with any budget. I was trained to know exactly how much my services are worth, and charge you a reasonable fee for my services and then each price also includes a kit fee in it, to replace any supplies I may use. My rates change time to time and I like to keep them as low as possible, while still providing you with flawless, professional looks that enhance your features and takes the stress off of you when you need makeup for a special day. Each price also includes little extras, that other artists will try to charge you for but I find it unnecessary to ask for those. Remember, MUA's need to make a living too.

What brands of makeup do you use?
I'm a firm believer in that you don't need to spend a fortune on products to look great, you just need to know how to use them. For clients I use anything from Mac, Estee Lauder, and Urban Decay to Revlon and Rimmel London. I sanitize everything I use between clients with 99% alcohol. When asked about what products to use, I always have recommendations for good drug store brands as well as department store brands.

Can you work with anyone/any skin type?
I can work and have worked with all types of people. I've done makeup for 13 year olds and makeup for 60 year olds. I have worked on Asian skin, African American, Indian, Native american, and the palest of girls. I can match any skin tone, cover any flaw you have be it a blemish, scar, unwanted tattoo, skin discoloration, dry patch, redness, etc. I don't use makeup to make you look like a different person, but to bring out your inner beauty and enhance your features. I still want you to look like you, just with a bit of glam!
